Before downloading

The camcorder's model number with which 'Everio MediaBrowser™ 4'/'Everio MediaBrowser™ 4 BE' is bundled and the 8-digit serial number shown in the battery attachment area of the camcorder are required.

For Argentine customers:

The local serial numbering system is only 6 digits long. In order to download the required software, you should enter the number following these instructions:

First, delete the first number of your camera’s serial number, and then add the prefix ‘066’ before it.

For example:

• - serial number of your camera: 012345
• - Deleting the first digit: 12345
• - Adding 066 before it: 06612345
